Return & Refund Policy

At ProWorksKitchen, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy for returns or exchanges. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

  • Unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Not an item that falls under our non-returnable list (see exceptions).


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at proworkskitchen@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange request.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with:

  • Return shipping instructions

  • A return shipping label if applicable

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please inspect it immediately and contact us at proworkskitchen@gmail.com. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Sale items and gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your product, no explanation needed. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received. The return must be initiated within the 14-day period with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

To exchange a product, follow the return process outlined above, and we’ll be happy to help you get the right item.


Processing and Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days. Allow up to 2 additional days during holidays.

  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days for delivery to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the EU.
