Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take an additional 2 business days.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Delivery takes 7–12 business days for orders to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the EU.
- Note: High-demand periods, like Black Friday and Christmas, may cause delays.
Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post, and Australia Post. We may use other carriers to ensure the fastest delivery.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations and modifications may no longer be possible.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates. If you do not receive tracking information after this period, contact us for assistance.
Lost or Stuck Packages
All orders include insured shipping. If your package is lost or stuck, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you notice an error within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact us immediately to update it.
